Hasan's November/December Treat - Siray Kong

Siray Kong

This month we welcome a true Cambodian beauty. A very smart young woman with big plans for her future. I love a woman that has more than just good looks to offer. Focused, career driven and independent are just a few of the great qualities our guest has, and that's very enticing to any man.
So let's give Siray Kong a sweet Ha Candy welcome...

Ha Candy - Hello Siray, welcome to Ha Candy Digital! How are you?
Siray - Im doing terrific! Thank you =D

Ha Candy - First let me say you are beautiful! Do you ever get tired of hearing that?
Siray - No, because some days I don't feel beautiful and I'm grateful to hear someone else thinks I am =D

Ha Candy - How long have you been modeling?
Siray - I have been a model about 5 years now

Ha Candy - Is this a long term goal or are you just having some fun with it for now?
Siray - You always have to have fun doing what you love but yes I do have a long term goal. I want to create enough fan base to help support my career in creating my own line of merchandise. A peace of Siray everywhere in the world=D And one day help the fight the cause of child trafficking. I would love to start my own non-profit or connect with an organization by supporting them with funds.

Ha Candy - What's your nationality?
Siray - I am Cambodian

Ha Candy - Is there a lot of jealousy in the modeling game?
Siray - The world is field of jealousy in any career. Hate have no race or face. But I believe in my heart the world is big enough for all of us to shine. In any career its always a challenge because someone else feels they can do it better or cheaper but the truth is if you worry about yourself and do your best you will never be over looked and what is meant to be for you and only you will come to pass.

Ha Candy - What kind of music do you like? And who is your favorite artist right now?
Siray - I have lots of favorites in music from Peggy Lee to Beyonce to Meatloaf old school and boy band Imagine Dragon. But at this moment Im all about Sam Smith. He is soulful and heartfelt. I also love his voice.

Ha Candy - Have you ever had a problem with an unprofessional photographer?
Siray - I never really had anything serious with a photographer beside maybe posting a picture with out me approving. Otherwise its been a very good experience.

Ha Candy - Would you ever pose nude?
Siray - yes maybe playboy lol =D

Ha Candy - Ha Candy is all about sexiness. What do you think is the sexiest part of your body?
Siray - My lips and eyes =D

Ha Candy - Tell us something about yourself that no one knows...
Siray - hummmmm………… I'm almost an open book lol one thing hummmm one thing would be that my panties and bra never match when I have them on,lol I just grab it, put it on and go lol.

Ha Candy - Thanks Siray for hanging out with us for a little while. You're welcome back anytime you want. Do you have any shout outs?
Siray - My shout out would be to you for having me on here and to the photographer OGFoto for making the time to shoot me for this particular magazine. And the biggest shout out is to my fans that are there to support me with love! I am grateful!

Hasan's September/October Treat - Helen Mei

Helen Mei

Look who's back! Ha Candy Digital is excited to welcome back Helen Mei, the hottest sports radio host in Las Vegas! Helen is the perfect combination of beauty, brains, hustle and drive. With her schedule as hectic as it is, Helen still took some time to sit down and kick it with us. So let's enjoy her while she's here, welcome back Helen Mei...

Interview by Hasan Johnson and Tim Miller

Ha Candy - Welcome back Helen! How have you been?
Helen - Thank you! I've been doing great and have been very busy!

Ha Candy - We see you've been very busy, tell the readers what you've been up to...
Helen - I write for CombatLifestyle.com where I interview MMA fighters then write an article about it. I've also been writing for FightMatch.com. I also have my weekly sports radio show, Eyes on the Game, that started as an internet radio show, but got offered to go on KLAV 1230 AM radio starting September 11. I'm very excited, and it will be every Thursday from 9-10pm PST or Las Vegas time.

Ha Candy - Take us into a day in the life of a sports radio host…
Helen - Well it requires watching a lot of sports, and following all the sports regardless of personal interests. I study a lot because there's so much to always continue to learn in the sports' world, and I also write and read a ton. My co-host and I go over guests who will be on the show and outline how the show will go. I know it sounds boring right now, but it really isn't! I love everything I do.

Ha Candy - Some say an indicator of "Passion" is something you would do for free. Would you be a sports radio host for free? Or does your passion still await?
Helen - Absolutely. Most definitely. I use to be an athlete many years ago and it was one of the most memorable times in my life. I know I truly love sports and want to be around it forever. I'll always be an athlete at heart. I also love challenges and I feel in the broadcasting world, there is always room for improvement and learning. That is what I love, learning. I also love writing. Then you mix sports into that, what could go wrong?

Ha Candy - You're the perfect example of beauty & brains. Some people tend to think beautiful women aren't too smart, have you ever come across that in your business?
Helen - That's sweet of you to say, thank you so much. Thankfully, most people I meet are very respectful to me in person. However, I do realize that on social media, once in a while I will read a comment and just chuckle.

Ha Candy - Any advice for those aspiring to be a radio host?
Helen - Always stay positive.

Ha Candy - You're also an MMA writer, ever had and thoughts about getting into that ring?
Helen - I have practiced MMA and respect the sport a lot. I respect the art of fighting but would I get into the ring as a fighter? No. There is so much to training and dieting and the closest I've ever been to wanting to fight aside from training is when I use to want to become a WWE diva when I was 15. Yes, I know there's obviously a big difference and WWE is scripted but I'm just saying that's the closest I've ever wanted to get in a ring. Lol. I certainly respect what fighters do. As a ring girl, I have been approached to do some events but haven't yet. I love writing and interviewing more.

Ha Candy - Would you ever date someone you work with?
Helen - No, tried that and never again.

Ha Candy - What do you do for fun?
Helen - I'm pretty laid back but work a lot, but it's fun for me. Everything I do I enjoy.

Ha Candy - You must get approached by a lot of men. Is it flattering or annoying?
Helen - Haha. I'm definitely flattered. I've been told I'm way too nice and always end up talking to guys about sports for a long time. I also really appreciate my fans and appreciate them taking the time to support me.

Ha Candy - Have you ever had a stalker? Lol
Helen - Um.

Ha Candy - Are guys intimidated by your sports IQ?
Helen - It's so funny because most of the time, they are always impressed! It's so surprising to them when we get into conversations and I understand the players, coaches, etc… they get shocked that I actually know what I'm talking about. Those are for the guys who have never met me, but for my fans or friends, we just talk. Also, I think the guys who get intimidated by my sports' knowledge are just the ones who don't like it. Yes, I've had that happen to me before.

Ha Candy - Helen thanks for your time, we wish you much success. Any final words for our readers?
Helen - Thank you so much for having me as your cover girl! I truly appreciate it and really appreciate all my fans and supporters. I have the coolest fans ever! Thank you to everyone that I've worked with and has given me a chance, and an opportunity to do what I love. Thank you to my guests who've been on my sports radio show, and the awesome people who I'm very thankful to have in my life…my co-host and radio station Lotus Broadcasting, Tracy Lee MMA great photographer and of CombatLifestyle.com, Jens and Kannika Pulver, Maxx Tuning Magazine, Dana, FightMatch.com, and so many more. Thank you!!

Hasan's July/August Treat - Pinay Cheeks

Pinay Cheeks

There's so many places in this world I'd love to visit. London, Spain, France, just to name a few. Well after seeing our Monthly Treat Pinay Cheeks, Germany is definitely at the top of my list. Pinay is beautiful, witty and not afraid to show her curves. She's only been in the modeling game a few years but after seeing her pics you'll want her around for a very long time. Let's give a big U.S. welcome to the lovely Pinay Cheeks...

(Photography by - Joseph Pascual, Tarik Outram, Diemar Schmitt & Shaheed)
Interview by DeSean Warren

Ha Candy -  Pinay welcome to Ha Candy, how are you?
Pinay - Thank you ! I'm healthy, I'm living, the people I love surrond me regardless if it's in flesh or their soul so I'm doing pretty good I must say.

Ha Candy - Where are you from?
Pinay - I'm from Germany but I consider my home the Philippines since that's where my mother is from.

Ha Candy - How is the modeling scene in Germany?
Pinay - It's alright I believe, they do prefer skinny girls when it does come to modeling though, so that makes it harder for a person who does have a body haha.

Ha Candy - Do you have any plans for the fourth of July?
Pinay -  No plans to be honest with you because we don't celebrate the 4th but I might get into something since I do know quite a few Americans out here.

Ha Candy -  How long have you been modeling?
Pinay -  The first time being in front of the camera was in September 2011.

Ha Candy - Were you always comfortable in front of the camera? Or did it take some time getting used to?
Pinay -  I'd say I was always comfortable it just took me a little time to open up more lol. But the first photo shoot I had did made me realize that I love being in front of the camera.

Ha Candy - We're heavy into music at Ha Candy so I have to ask, who is your favorite artist right now?
Pinay -  Honestly Just Nova who is an upcoming artist right now. You should go check him out :) & of course Jhene Aiko.

Ha Candy - What's the longest relationship you've ever been in?
Pinay -  3 years.

Ha Candy - Have you ever been cheated on?
Pinay -  Yes , I have.
Ha Candy - When did you realize you were hot?? Lol
Pinay - I don't really think of myself as hot , I do know I'm not ugly though haha.

Ha Candy - Have you ever been in the United States? If not, do you have any plans to come?
Pinay - No ,I've never been at all. Yes, I'd love to visit the U.S. someday !

Ha Candy - Well thank you Pinay for talking with us. Any shout outs?
Pinay - Thank you for having me! My family and my Spade family. Love you guys , keep doing what you do !!

Hasan's January/February Treat - Brooke Banx

Brooke Banx
Photos by Prado Foto

We don't use the term "Blonde Bombshell" often. Many women claim to be one but they just don't fit the mold. Well meet Brooke Banx, she's the true definition of a Blonde Bombshell. She incredibly beautiful, smart and very professional. Hailing from Austin Texas, Brooke has taken the modeling world by storm. She might look a little familiar because she's graced the covers of many magazines & campaigns. Get ready because now we have her for just a little while.
One on one with Brooke Banx... what better way to kick off the new year :)

Interview by Hasan Johnson

Ha Candy - Brooke welcome to Ha Candy! You are very beautiful, how long have you been modeling?
Brooke Banx - I think it's been 7 or so years!

Ha Candy - Now a days every girl in a bikini says she's a model lol. What's your definition of a true model?
Brooke Banx - someone who is published and makes an actual income off of it... (Catalogs, calendars, posters, ads, magazines, etc.)

Ha Candy - I know there's a lot of creeps in this business, have you ever met or worked with anyone that turned out to be an asshole?
Brooke Banx -  I've been lucky and most people have been great. There have been two or three questionable situations but everything can be dealt with in a civil manner. Assholes eventually get the reputation as assholes and tank themselves over time.

Ha Candy - You look like you should be on the big screen. Have you ever thought about acting?
Brooke Banx - I've gone out for a few auditions for big roles. I am just not a good actress. I'm too controlled as a person. I can host shows like nobody's business but acting like I'm another person or that I feel a way that I don't actually feel doesn't come easily to me.

Ha Candy - How would you best describe your personality?
Brooke Banx - agreeable , witty and sharp minded, open minded, fair, honest to a fault, ambitious with many ideas, always trying to please but with an intense need for justice as well.  I won't allow abuse of any kind to me, my friends or my family. I've always been kind of a nomad as well. I like traveling and constant movement in life.

Ha Candy - What do you like to do in your free time?
Brooke Banx - traveling, reading,  painting, learning a new skill, learning anything really, working out etc.

Ha Candy - Right now if you had to choose between your career and love, which would it be?
Brooke Banx - I've always chosen career over love. Basing your life around a relationship is dangerous ... People change .. Feelings change ... A career is forever... But sometimes you meet someone who is a game changer. You want to put more attention into them, then into your career goals ...the feeling of being in love is powerful..  The ideal balance is both love and career equally and that takes a little work ...  Luckily you can actually have it all.

Ha Candy - Who's your celebrity crush? We all have one or two lol
Brooke Banx - I'm not a celeb crush type girl .... Celebs are just people like everyone else ..

Ha Candy - Tell us something about yourself that people would be surprised to know...
Brooke Banx - I am finishing up a biology degree to go to either med school or become a CRNA or PA.. I also want to move into fitness modeling ..

Ha Candy - Do you find the women in your profession to be more supportive or envious?
Brooke Banx - supportive ... It is hard to get far being catty or envious ... You have to form a sisterhood ...

Ha Candy - Thanks Brooke for taking the time to sit down with us. Where can our viewers find you?
Brooke Banx - www.BrookeBanx.com
